About Unvarying Faith

Unvarying Faith is a blog about the Christian faith and my experience living it. My intention is to express what it means to have a faith that walks through water and fire. A faith that perseveres through adversity. A faith that may buckle under the weight of life but never wavers. A faith that stands firmly on the Rock that is Jesus Christ.

My hope is that these reflections express what I genuinely believe to be true. These words are written by someone who is walking towards Christ each and every day, learning, stumbling, and growing.

I want my kids to read these words one day and feel inspired by the victories, feel the sadness of the falls, and experience the joy that overcomes whatever life or the devil may bring. I want them to see not a life without trails, strife, and conflict, but a faith in God that endures through it all. My faith will not falter, not because I am strong, but because the Lord strengthens me when I am weak.

Psalm 73:26: “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever”.

I pray that these reflections encourage you in your walk with Jesus. He does not promise that the storms will not come, but He promises to guide you through them and lead you toward calmer shores.
